Exchange Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Period
Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.
In case of a manufacturing defect, an exchange is allowed within 30 days.

Exchange Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and accessories.
Purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the defect is caused by misuse, the exchange request will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Products
Sale items may not be eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Personal items such as perfumes, cosmetics, and underwear cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Methods
Exchanges can be made at any of our branches or via customer service.
If the exchange is through shipping, the customer bears the shipping cost unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Receiving the Replacement
The replacement product is provided after inspection.
If the same item is unavailable, the customer can choose another item of equal value or pay the difference.
